I loved the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond for me. They even provided free sledges for the kids and gave us underground access to the pool. The big lockers for skis and boots were a great addition, and having the boots on warmers was a nice touch.
Nothing, it is perfect.

the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to the ski slopes and a short walk to the lift. the chalet itself had a cozy and charming atmosphere, with spacious rooms and well-appointed bathrooms. We especially appreciated the large lockers for our ski equipment and the underground access to the pool.
The lighting in the apartment was subpar, particularly in the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the middle of winter with all the amenities one could want. The skiing was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the big lockers to store our skis and boots and the warm boot dryers. The character of the place added to the ambiance, and the underground swimming pool was fantastic.
Although the apartment was a good size, there were a few downsides. The lighting wasn't great, and the tiny kitchen area made cooking a bit of a chore.

From the moment I stepped inside, I knew this hotel was going to be luxurious. the indoor swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the sauna was an excellent added bonus. the room had exclusive amenities, such as a private balcony that offered excellent views of the surroundings. the Bar/Lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. the service was exceptional, with staff always on hand to help with any requests. In short, this hotel was a dream come true for anyone seeking an exclusive and luxurious experience.
It was a short walk to the lift, although on a few occasions carrying all my gear became a hassle.

the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including some nice extras like free sledges for kids and access to a pool. the atmosphere was also very pleasant and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy fireplace area after a long day of skiing.
Long walk to the lifts, small rooms, poor lighting One downside of this hotel was the long walk to the lifts, which was a hassle, especially with young children and ski gear. the rooms were also quite small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.
